The Raw Story is carrying the Daily Show's take on the Bush Administration's latest effort to find a scapegoat for the dismal state of the war in Iraq. It's funny. Then it's serious. Then it's funny. Which will make you cry. Because you really want it to be funny, except it really isn't.
